Replace Thetford Aqua Magic Style II with Dometic 320?

My Aqua Magic Style II toilet started to act up after 5years and I was going to go with the Demetic, but installed new valve kits and everything is good again. The Aqua now is like new. Much cheaper and less hassle-- knock on wood....:-)
