Replacing an Analog Thermostat with a Digital

I currently have the Analog Duo-Thermo by the brand we all know n love....Dometic. Now, I would love to replace it with a Digital model so that 1. I can have exact temp readings in the RV and 2. program her to turn ON/OFF automatically or raise/lower the temps when I want.

Has anyone already done, advice, product recommendation you bought, etc.
