As an audiophile, I can tell you those Polk MOMO's you have picked are very well rounded and great sounding speakers. I am not sure on the base output since all mine we used were 6.5" round speakers but usually a 6"x9" has pretty good bass even if you have a cheaper speaker. All my speakers I run are polks now, even my home theatre stuff is. I like more mid and low tones than high frequencies so the polks are my preference. I did have a set of Boston S65's in my truck that sounded just as good but they didn't last as long and aren't available anymore. Polk MOMO's are what I will replace the new truck with once we can afford to get that done.
