replacing weather-stripping on 1999 Carri-Lite slide out

Question

We need to replace the weather-strip seal around the outside of our  slide out -- our 5th wheel is a 1999 Carriage Carri-Lite (529RK).  I'd like to do the replacement myself but am having trouble locating the correct item.  I believe it's called a side bulb trim seal but it needs to have a 90-degree bend radius without the risk of leaking.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

Most, you have to buy a roll, etc. but much cheaper than an RV joint. I got ours thru Pellandent, were good folks to work with. Just try to match yours up with one of these vendors.

Call Kansas RV Center in Chanute, KS.  This is the repair shop that used to build  NuWa HitchHikers,  They may have the seal you need.Or check on the Lifestyle/Carriage forum on the internet.Ken

Just did this myself.  Got a 30' roll from  Amazon...worked fine (except black instead of dirty white).DS
