Justme posted "the Samsung RF195-197 requires 115v at 11.6 amps or 1334 watts"...this is part of the problem with the debate about residential refrigerators as this is pure BS. The 11.6 amps is at 12V not 115 so the correct answer is 140 watts when running. My 21 cuft Whirlpool draws 8 amps DC measured before the PSW inverter...96 watts or less than a 100W light bulb. One battery will power it for 24 hours before needing to be recharged.
