2oldman you hit the nail on the head. With an lp fridge anyone can just go off grid for a few day to a week without worry.
However once you go off grid with a rez fridge you need a plan.
Rez fridges have their advantages and you can survive off grid without issue, as long as you have a plan and the right equipment to go with that plan.
