I think that is dependent upon their individual reasoning.
Not having had a residential fridge does not reduce the fact that I would need a bigger battery bank, generator and/or solar setup to be able to dry camp. That is why I will not have one - because I do not want to give up my limited storage for more batteries and/or a generator.
In addition, I have not had any of the issues that some have had with the propane fridge. So, in comparing my s&b fridge functionality to my propane fridge functionality, I do not see any difference. I would still level my RV because it makes it more comfortable; I keep the same foods in both; I go in and out of both equally during a set length of time.
