There most certainly is! Trucks have or can be retrofitted with rather powerful alternators. You can even order them with dual alternators. The power is there.
All you need to do is run much heavier gauge charge wires, and use a separate heavy duty high current connector for them.
There are multiple issues to overcome delivering a meaningful amount of amps to trailer house batteries / DC system. Alternator running temp, wire gauge and truck charge system "seeing" the trailer house battery system need to be considered for a reliable system. All these issues can be overcome. Complexity depends on which truck is involved, as the power source, and how much power needed at trailer.
