residential fridges.

We finally decided on our new home.. we bought us a Redwood, with residential fridge, dishwasher and the whole bit.. anyways, we are wondering how the fridges ride when you are moving. How do you keep the food from sliding around etc.. any secrets? We used to put down scoot guard and put in the bars in the norcold, but totally lost on this one. We will be on the road again soon, so it would be nice to have some heads up..we are excited for our new adventure in life, with our new home on wheels and would like to do all we can to make it uneventful. thank you
