Revising gas water heater to electric water heater

Hello,
Totally new to the 5th wheel life.
So I need some help trouble shooting a problem I'm having.
Hot water heater went out in my Alpenlite RV.
I decided to take out the propane heater and put in a 110/120 12 gallon electric water heater.
When checking to see if hot water works, I'm only getting warm water out of the faucet.
What do I check or do to fix this?

    Check the shower (and outside shower if you have one) to make sure the valves are off and that the water is not just shut off at the showerhead.

    There's a cover on the water heater. Remove it. There is a temperature screw in there, behind the insulation. Adjust the temperature using that screw.
