Should of kept it, the bill didn't affect the 08' models, an 08' four seater is still legal.
All the Rhinos I have been around benefited from a frame stiffing bolt on kit as well as multiple gussett and weld jobs. Don't give up on the Rhino frame you would be suprised how easily they are saved. While I agree they are not necessarily the nicest, fastest, or smoothest out there they are still a great bang for the buck.
That's funny I didn't hear anything about some 4 seat UTV's being ok. Did this come out after the original bill.
