Ginnie and I made it safely home to Tucson this afternoon. We are so relieved to have a home base to return to. I'm not sure what we'd have done if we'd been full timing. I guess we'd be in a hotel room or friend/relative's house.

This is one of the first pics I snapped once I realized the rig couldn't be saved. It is right after the conflagration spread from the truck to the FW.

The fire crew attacked the FW first to try and save what they could. Then they worked on snuffing out the remaining flames on the truck. We were able to retrieve many items from the back of the FW and the basement. All my tools were intact which made me quite happy. Most of our dishes were in good shape, but just need to have the soot cleaned off of them.
