Good Sam is my choice and has been after Coachnet and others left me stranded.
And herein is the problem with these ERS services. I had been a Good Sam ERS customer for many years - until we had a tread separation failure on a tire on a previous 5th wheel on a Saturday morning at 10:30 AM on Interstate 45 near Buffalo, Texas.
While I was taking care of business on the roadside, my wife called Good Sam giving the representative our location at Mile Marker XXX northbound on Interstate 45. The rep asked what was the nearest town, and my wife answered "Buffalo". After a minute or so, the rep said "I can't find an Interstate 45 near Buffalo, NY." (For those that don't know, Interstate 45 isn't an interstate at all since it begins on Galveston island, Texas, goes through Houston and ends at Dallas, Texas.) Things went downhill from there. Good Sam couldn't find anyone to assist, so we were left on our own. Besides Buffalo, larger towns such as Madisonville and Corsicana were within reasonable distance.
So, we have CoachNet ERS now.
Six of one; half-dozen of the other, I suppose.
