I had one if the Cruisers in their heyday in the late 2000's... Best RV I've owned. I too have noticed a shift in their policies and the amount of quality issue posts on their own owners forum. I went to look before buying my Eagle and the warranty had gone from 2+5 to 1 year. The reduction was in the midst of people stating their new units were defective. Based on my observations I have no reason to question the poster. My opinion is the unit I looked at was noticeably slapped together compared to my 2009 - it was junk IMHO.
