roof issues on new crossroads elevation

I will get some pix up shortly. the dealer is a joke they are living up to their name LAZY. I looked for over a year and a half and decided to go new. the dealer was great until I payed for the unit, now my service writer sucks, the service mgr is worse. no communication what so ever. have spoke to the factory which seems helful but they are in Indiana im in south florida. like I said now they are wanting me to go somewhere else for service. I cant imagine how I will be treated if I didn't buy the unit there, guess we shall see. other then the roof I am pretty happy. I haven't heard much about the elevation. hope I made the right decision. thanks for the input:)
