Sadly it's often the case. One reason I always recommend a detailed Pre-Delivery Inspection before you sign the loan paper work. They will work their tails off to that that unit out the door, after that it's take a number and wait for many dealerships. A call to the manufacturer showing them the "repairs" may get some assistance or they may recommend another dealer that will be happy to take their money for warranty work.
