Does any fellow campers know what kind of rubber roof wash or cleaner is the best or close that anyone has the best luck with and not a brand name or close, my roof on 5th wheel is moldy and black spo...

Products like Spic & Span, Zud cleaner, Soft Scrub, things with chlorine in them followed by a good rinsing followed by a washing with an automotive liquid soap & soft brush followed by rinse, rinse, rinse finished with an RV rubber roof preserver as per instructions.
Did I mention rinse thoroughly between steps?
When finished admiring your work get off the roof & start on the sides cause you know where all that stuff off the roof went don't you. Any wax you had on the sides is now on the ground. Time to wash & wax the sides.
