I would settle as a first step, manufacturers entering into agreements with indpendant RV repair shops. We hear time and time again how RV dealers lose money on warranty repairs and don't want to do them. So let someone that will do them, do them. I'll bet RV dealers would change their tune pretty quick if that was ever to come to pass. Nothing like a little competition to change a few attitudes.
