I have a Heartland product and they have no problem with my using an independent repair facility for warranty work. All they require is you notify them first and get approval. If you are caught out on the road they have a list of shops that are preapproved. Go to their Owners Group website and browse around.

Same with my Heartland TT, they had me use a local repair dealer for some minor work that needed to be done.
