When we sold our last trailer, I sold it through the deal we bought our new one from's classified area. But I also advertised it on eBay. eBay has a classified area that is free, and it only goes out to your general local area. I don't remember how big an area. I got a lot of response from that ad, and if I hadn't already sold it, I could have sold it several more times. Give it a try, it's free.
