It appears the ST version of the S637 has a higher load capacity than the LT version.
Assuming it is the exact same tire as mentioned in a prior post.
I believe I read on one of the many tire threads, a passenger rated tire has to maintain a 20 per cent reserve capacity, while a non passenger rated tire or ST tire does not. Therefore the ST can be rated at a higher capacity vs. its LT version.
Can any of the resident tire Guru's confirm my comments or am I imagining the ratings difference?
