Sailun Tire Failure
It was bound to happen, and it did. Any experts want to weigh in? Luckily, no damage to fifth wheel or rim. 2 year old Sailun S637 , inflated to 100 psi.

One Sailiun S637 in 9 years of service ain't bad which is about how long this tire has been on the road under commercial trailers and even RV trailers since around the '10 era.
However with no actual data or type of service on this tire other than a psi number has seen hard to say what happened.
One major thing we learn hauling commercially is never underinflate a heavy stiff sidewall tire on a trailer like and all steel load G or H. These tires don't like to run derated (air down) on the long haul. The ones I've had in my younger dumber days and others I've seen from other rigs were typically like the picture.
