Chinese tires are junk. The track record of even Goodyear branded ones is pitiful. If you need g rated tires, which you probably don't, there are at least three 16" American made g rated trailer tires on the market. Yes they are more extensive. But they won't fail in normal service like you see above. No tire should fail like that.
