To make a quality product it takes workers that care about what they do and that is the root of the problems in some countries. Yes, I have dealt with ISO9001 and all those programs of the month and know that many have no value, just feel good stuff to entertain those that never touch the product.
ISO9001 and it's predecessors have always been feel mgt fodder.
