How or where have you guys that have the Sailun S637 tire been getting them?

Will Simpletire give a manufacturing date , a few months ago they would only quarantee that the tire would be less then three years old, not acceptable to me.
Should be out the door at Big O for around 600.00 with the lower price. I paid 635.01 out the door a few months ago .
