Sailun tires

I don't know what the Sailun tires cost and I could not find anywhere local to see them, so I went the route of the many cattleman who pull heavy cattle and truck trailers at high speeds. I swapped my cheap 16" tires and wheels for a 19.5" commercial tire and wheel package from BOAR Tire and Wheel. Bolt pattern is the same and they fit perfectly. They can even be retreaded if desired but I doubt I will need to ever replace them on my Genesis CR32 Toyhauler. They are G rated, require 110 psi, and rated for 75 MPH speeds. The deep hard rubber tread vastly decreases rolling resistance and they have improved my mileage about 1 mpg. Absolutely no problems in a year and a half. They do lose 1 pound of air pressure during the winter.
Cost me about $1,400 out the door price for everything. Just another option.

Sailuns are a proven tire, Goodyear Endurance are far from proven, not been on the market long. IMO I would stay away from the Endurance, at least until they have proven themselves if they do. Google reviews on the Goodyear G614's it will open you eyes on the dependability of Goodyear trailer tires, Hopefully the Endurance will prove to a better tire then its big brother.

I've bought several sets of tires from SimpleTire.com including a set of 5 G rated Sailuns for our new then Solitude 5'er. Arrived in a couple days. Price was very reasonable and delivery was prompt. Couldn't yank the factory at the time, Westlakes off fast enough and replace with G rated Sailun tires. All the Westlakes had were delivery miles and 250 to get the trailer from the dealer to our long term RV site. Poof gone. Now they sit in the garage in a pile as no one will take them.

I have the S637's with 2K miles with no sign of wear. The only problem with them is they are steel belted which means in-tire TPMS will have a problem getting the signal to the monitor. Other than that they seem to be good tires.

They don't....apples vs oranges.
Goodyear 16" Endurance is a poly carcass 80 psi load E tire.

The 16" Sailun S637 is a all steel ply carcass commercial grade tire at 110 psi L speed rating.

From a haulers standpoint a 80 psi tire on a heavy loaded 7k/8k axle isn't the best idea.

Last summer we bought Hartland ST Radial All Steel from Discount Tires for our 40' 5th wheel. Max PSI is 110 G rated and they weigh about 60 lbs. Have had no problems with them after several long trips and many short trips. Also the store I got them at matched the cheapest price I found Sailuns for online.

Your '17 Bighorn 39MB shows to have a 16000 gvwr with tandem 7k axles.
Sailun S637 is a all steel ply carcass commercial class tire. The ST235/80-16 G has 4080 lb capacity would be a great tire with plenty of reserve capacity on 7k trailer axles.
The Sailun S637 has been around since the '10-'11 era on commercial class regional service trucks and trailers as a LT tire. Later Sailun changed the tire LT designation to a ST to get around high tariff rates on P and LT class tires.
Their becoming the holy grail in the rv world for rv heavy trailers with 7k and 8k axles.

I have six S637 on a GN triaxle trailer since '12 when they carried a LT designation. With over 32k miles they should last as long as I'll be around pulling anything.
