San T Flush

I'm sorry but can't help you on the pipe type. We purchased ours used and the dealer we purchased from warranted any issue no questions asked for 30 days and were the ones doing the repair.

I seen the check valve just under the cabinets I am a little unfamiliar with the pipe it looks like a 1/2", there is room to cut the old one out and replace, are the replacements compression type or this a glue pipe or do I need a special tool to compress??

I have an 05 Komfort 5er, it had the same problem and the culprit was a bad check valve

We had a bad CG that filed ours with sand, the FW cought it with a screen. We can't use the San-T-Flush though our previous TT did not have one so we are use to dragging in the hose. For use we think we get it cleaner.

If you can get access to it, remove and inspect by turning on the water and see how (if) it sprays. Typically, they are just held on by a couple of screws (self taping). When reinstalling, use silicone gasket around the opening (and screws).

I just cleared a clog in mine. I determined the clog was between the check valve and the tank by disconnecting the hose at the check valve and blowing air into the line. It would not blow out into the tank thus I knew the clog was between the valve and tank. I disconnected the elbow fitting at the tank where the hose connects and it was packed(you can imagine what with-nasty). I cleaned it out, reinstalled and it now works fine. I have not always used the san t flush when I drained the tank but for now on, I plan on running water thru it to make sure it clears any crud out of there.

I have the same system, but have never had an issue with it. Probably a bad check valve inside.
