Yes. You can also use any verizon smart phone to use as a hot spot for up to 5 devices. I dropped my jet pack after it came off contract. Using my smart phone was just as good and saved 20 dollars a month
This is only partially correct. It can be achieved but you must have a compatible data plan, not all DP's allow tethering.
