It does not matter what you choose, accessing Internet will be expensive. You cannot depend on free wifi at campgrounds because in many campgrounds it is very poor or non existent. I will make a generalization and state that I think most who want dependable wifi use one of the major phone carriers and either use a hotspot on a smart phone or a separate mifi device. It you want to stream, etc., it will be very expensive. 4G service really uses loads of data even when you are just doing basic surfing.
