Yea, I think location and the time of year has a lot to do with it. I am in rural Nevada with the closest "city" being Reno and there just isn't much available there right now. But even 180 miles away in Sacramento, all prices seem to be quite a bit over NADA. In fact I cannot find one even close to NADA, at least in my price range.
One problem I have, is I am fairly limited to what I can buy. I have a Kawasaki Teryx with a near 79" high roof. Most don't have that kind of clearance without removing the rear bed(s). It will easily fit in the 22ft Gear Box, but the dealer is firm on over $15k out the door, and it only books for a bit over $10k. He keeps telling me the $13,900 is the SALE PRICE and they can't go any lower. Maybe I will just wait a couple of weeks and see if they still have it. I might have a bit more leverage then. Hopefully it's ugly interior will steer potential buyers away...
