On my black tank outlet on my 5th wheel is leaking. I installed a new hose clamp but there is a sealant. I was wondering if anyone knew what sealant you put on the stub piece of pipe before you insert...

A non-hardening gasket type sealants. It would need to remain flexible
Maybe something like this......
I'm just surprised that any sealant was used. A proper sized rubber sleeve with hose clamps should be a leak proof fitting
