Wow! This is probably the first negative post about AF that I've ever seen. I went out of my way to find one. Granted, mine is 5 years older than yours. My only complaint is the weight and I think the Lippert landing gear is undersized. It sure sounds like you got a lemon. Sounds like Northwoods didn't step up other than sending you parts. Did they offer for you to bring it back to the factory?
He's been posting the same problems over on Northwoods facebook site under the name Terry Williams. NW has asked him twice to call for assistance and no reply. Hmmmm.
