I see the TV was a 2013 F350 6.7 diesel. There is a discussion on another thread about an owner had his fuel filters changed at a dealer. The 6.7's have a quick disconnect in the line to the engine filter that is disconnected to change the filter. The tech didn't connect it back correctly and when the truck left the dealership it came loose and pumped diesel all over the engine. Luckily the engine was cold and didn't start on fire. Another reported his popped loose 2 weeks after a filter change. Might do to check if you have someone else change the top fuel filter.
