The 6.7's have a quick disconnect in the line to the engine filter that is disconnected to change the filter. The tech didn't connect it back correctly and when the truck left the dealership it came loose and pumped diesel all over the engine. Luckily the engine was cold and didn't start on fire.
This is one of the many reasons I try to do the simple maintenance myself on all my vehicles. I've only replaced the fuel filters once on my 6.7, but since the filter in the engine bay uses quick disconnects, I made darn sure everything was securely connected when I installed the new filter. All it takes is a few seconds and a light tug on the fuel lines to ensure the lines are properly connected and secured.
