setting out landing gear while still hooked up to truck

I never unhitch for a 1 night stay, nor do I put down any jacks. The slides go out until we are ready for bed,then the back two come in, leaving the bedroom slide to come in before we leave. We leave early in the morning for our next leg of the trip, so there is as little noise as possible for the neighbours.
