Some guessing here.....Your HH probably has heavy loaded OEM 6k axles or de-rated 7k axles. HH used the LT235/85-16 E at 3042 lbs capacity Uniroyal HD-H for years till finally weight forced them into 7k axles and 3500 lb rated ST E maypops. Loads of reading this issues on nuwa.org for HH owners on this subject.
The Goodyear G614 LT235/85-16 G at 3750 lb capacity is a much better set up for 3k-3.5k wheel loads than those wide base 285/75 tires...... or the commercial grade all steel Sailun S637 in a ST235/85-16 G at 4080 lbs. The G class ST tires aren't to be confused with the 3500 lb class ST E tirs....apples vs oranges.
Just a couple of points here learned the hard about wide base tires on multiaxle trailers such as LT285/65-16 tires on 6"-7" trailer wheels. The wide base 285/75 tire has a 8.5" tread width and needs a 8" wheel for the tread to sit flat at its max rating.
1. In the world of carrying weight a tire works best long term when the wheel closely matches the tires tread width.
2. those 8.5" wide treads will add much more side scrub stress to the trailers axle/wheels/suspension vs the 235/85 or 235/80 narrow tread widths (less scrub stress on all parts).
