You justify your reasons for running what you want to run and I'll justify the reason for running what I want to run. I'm sure on a commercial trailer with dual wheels/axles there isn't as much stress on the tires/wheels when turning because of having a second tire close helping carry the weight as there is on a tri axle setup with single wheels/tires. My personal opinion is I don't want LT tires on my trailer and I gave my reason, you don't have to agree nor do you have to approve. Not trying to be mean or crappy but just expressing my opinion. My trailer also has the Sailun S637. If a person runs a good quality ST tire in my opinion there is no need to run LT tires. End of story!
Actually you are running an LT tire: the Sailun S637 started life as an LT tire. I know because I have a set on my toyhauler and they are labeled "LT", but with a caveat: they do say "For Trailer Use Only". As was mentioned they changed to an ST designation without changing the overall manufacture of the tire.
