Most trailer tires are not rated for over 65 mph. I've found (in thousands of miles of towing) that 60 mph is comfortable speed if that is not above the speed limit.
Your sway was from being rear-heavy/tongue light, and pushing the speed. First of all you need some serious weight on the front end of the RV. Then you need a really good hitch. Then you need to slow down.
