I think we are reading the question correct. And the answer to your problem of sway is simple: More tongue weight, slower speed.
You can put your Rhino in your Toy Hauler, you just need to add as much weight to the tongue as well.
Not sure how your TH is designed, but if you could load the Rhino further to the middle or forward of the axles, that will shift the weight more to the tongue, which is what you need.
That's your only solution. If you can't do that, the ONLY other alternative is to slow down so you stay under the speed where sway starts. Maybe you won't be able to run 70 mph on an interstate, but you might be able to run 50 on secondary roads without sway.
