I think most A/C's have settings that allow the use of either inside or outside air. If yours is getting it from the outside, you could be onto something here.
Yeah...on a vehicle dash A/C but not a trailer A/C unit.
RV A/C units pull inside air thru return filter, cool it via evap coil (which is sealed from outside) and then discharge it back into the RV.
No outside air is pulled/circulated thru RV A/C unit
OP has a stink inside rv......
That means the waste tank system seals/barriers are not working
Toilet floor flange allowing black tank odors inside
Toilet bowl seal not holding water allowing odors inside
Sink/Shower 'P' traps sucked dry allowing grey tank odors back inside
Air Admittance valves under sinks not closing allowing grey tank odors back inside
Cracked/broken drain lines to wast tanks OR vent lines from waste tanks
