One you might look at is the Northwood Manufacturing Fox Mountain 235RLS, Exterior Length (approx. w / hitch): 27'10".
They claim to have Four Seasons Insulation, but I don't know a lot about that. I know the Alaska types here seem to like them.

That's what we have. Have had it for 1 yr and apr 6000+ miles. Couple minor issues in the 1st month that NW took care of. I've got 4315lbs of CCC. Plenty for whatever I'd take. Only issue is the tire size s 225/75/15 and the spacing between is around 2-3/4". Hard to up grade to 16" E rated tires. I've had good luck witht he GY Marathons so far. But IMO going to 16" E rated tires would make this 5'er pretty robust as far as payload and durability.
We did replace the booth dinette with a free standing table and chairs. Also replaced the rear sofa with a nicer Best brand reclining love seat. Both items from my understanding could be omitted if ordered.
Anyways we are totally happy with the 5'er and glad we got what we got. Small enough to maneuver into shorter CG spots but big enough inside to not feel cramped.
