Do you have any height adjustment in the hitch left? Maybe if you can get it as high as it can go and the pin box moved up towards the camper as far as it can you could make the back of the pinbox clear your rails. Another option is one of the pinboxes like a sidewinder, I think that is what it was called. It moves the pivot point back for short bed trucks, but, this would help you also. I went back and looked at your picture and it looks like the pin box is as far up as it will go.
