The trailer pulls fine as is, but I've read they'll pull better from a few posts if it's further forward. Maybe it's inaccurate, that'd why I ask.

Looking at the pictures, the leverage point appears to be behind the rear axle. Maybe it doesn't quite work like that?
Bumper pulls suck.. I wouldn't even consider one while looking at campers.
I know 6 inch isn't magic, it's just a number I've seen consistently through my reading. :-)

The main issue is the pin box hitting my tonneau cover rails. I figured I'd kill two birds with one stone.. Better towing (I guess that's debatable, reading here), and no rail damage.
I need to get it level too, the camper needs to be lowered about 7 inches after unhooking to get the camper level. I only have 15 inches of clearance to the bottom of the back bumper when hooked up to the truck.. One thing at a time.
