This being a 2012 model wouldn't he have had this problem in 2012 if it where incorrectly plumbed? Most likely a plug. Even if it were a vent plugged it should trickle out, drain very slowly. Does the guage show the gray tank is empty? I bet the shower drain will be the cause. Good luck
