Simple green or something else?
I need to clean up my fuel station pump of the gunk that has built up over the years so I can swap out the pump gears. Would simple green do the trick or is there another cleaner that would be better...

I like 'Awesome"....get at Dollar Tree (Family Dollar, Dollar General, Walmart etc.)
It's a concentrate.....I dilute for general cleaning around house and use it full strength for cleaning up BBQ, greasy stuff, stove top vent screen etc.
