Sink pblm

Out for second time w 2002 montana. All of a sudden kit sink wont drain. Hooked to city water, grey tank drained. Didnt put anything sjgnuficant down drain. Took trap off, no pblm there. On tank monitor, I see a galley button, what is that? Do I need to empty something....thanks for replies
  • We have probably beaten this one to death, but on my 07 Outback it was between the wheels on the driver's side; under the slide and a PITA to get to. I would catch it with the loop end of an awning hook to pull/push it when the slide was out.

Yup, you have three tanks. Go outside and start looking. You should find two handles close together and a third handle farther back. On my fiver it is just ahead of the front wheel under the slide out.
X2 Yup, the guy that just bought our 2007 Montana texted me and had the same issue. I forgot to tell him about the valve handle between the curb side tires.

  • our unit has 3 tanks , black- toilet , galley "kitchen" ,bathroom " sink / shower.
a galley button is for the tank level of the galley tank.
look out side for another drain handle curb side , you should have 3 - black , galley, bathroom .if not all together in the water works compartment.
    hope that solves that problem.

  • just did a google search on your make and model and it sounds like your galley grey tank drain may be located between the wheels.

    Only one grey tank?

Our Copper Canyon has a grey for the bath, and a galley tank for the kitchen. The valve for the galley is near the back for our rear kitchen.
  • just guessing here but some 5th wheels have TWO grey water tanks. I'd take another look around outside closer to the kitchen are to see if you have another drain somewhere.
