size will matter in your purchase and way of rv'ing for sure

we downsized with height and length. smart move on our part cause we were sick of 'wondering if we fit' :) :) in all honesty going smaller was such a relief for us that I can't say how happy we are at this point.

it is all about how much ya wanna work on your trips and change situations as needed from rig size. we found our path now :)

I guess my OFF-ROAD POPUP trailer with 15-inch tires is around 6-foot... I can almost look across the roof line standing on the ground. Then I have the Air Conditioner on top of that...

My only worries is pulling through a McDonalds Drive thru and my Antennas drag or I get caught in a tight turn on the Forest Service road back in the woods somewhere hehe...

Use to pull using US82 going from Ala to Wichita Falls Texas alot. Texarkana on the Arkansas side has a very low underpass under a railroad track crossing and the underpass is all beat up from high trailers trying to get through... Plainly marked as well... I guess folks always think they will just make it through...

Yup - size does matter... Small Size in my case...

FTd for 7 yrs traveling secondary/back-roads

Only come across a few 'low' issues involving overpasses/bridges

Most low issues were in CGs !!!

Look UP---always look up

Especially with high profile 5vrs

Long time ago I set a portable restroom on a equipment trailer for another contractor with my forklift. This portable restroom was it's own trailer and when all tied down I asked the driver if he wanted me to measure it for him. He declined but I did anyway for my own curiosity and mentioned it was 16'4" and he dang near had a heart attack. I said your your welcome for keeping you off the evening news and went back to work.
