Skylight - Smoked color or Clear?
Getting ready to replace a skylight (currently there is a flat piece of plexiglass on roof). Was wondering.....is smoke color or clear preferred? I live in So Cal and it is very sunny and warm her...

Without question.....our last 3 rigs have had smoked. Much cooler, let's in just enough light. Pay for the Lexan, it will last for many years. rockin'
P.S. When installing, just snug up the screws, don't overtighten, especially on the 4 corners. The roof flexes on the road and with thermocycling with heat and cool, needs to move a little bit. But you've already seen that with the cracking on yours.
