Buy the rig and 2 weeks later do a dealers PDI is asking for unexpected delays (parts available, tech available, etc) and surprises. Insist on an alternative or move on.

This isn't a flaw.
You could note it in the PDI but it wouldn't be justification to reject the unit. (this assumes you have a sales contract already completed and signed)
