If they stop for a few seconds and then move again, maybe stop again, move again then it is most likely the auto reset circuit breaker something like this. You may hear a clicking sound just before it will restart. Usually happens on extending also.
Inexpensive and easy to replace. Available at RV parts stores and many auto parts stores. Look in the front storage compartment. Likely you will find two of them, one for the slides and one for everything else. Look on the side for the amp rating.
